	INACOMP has been locally owned and managed for 21 years.  We provide total computer support services for customers within the greater Sacramento Valley Area.
	For our larger enterprise and institutional customers we provide logistics support and multi vendor information in a non biased  manner.  We offer vendor sponsored special pricing, warehousing, custom delivery, on site support, free pickup and delivery of supported items.  We also maintain records of products purchased, dates, PO info, etc for any claims that may arise.  We also work with the vendor representatives regarding purchase reporting details.  We can also facilitate disposal and recycling of retired equipment.
	For our small business customers we can offer up to complete outsourcing of IT issues.  Inacomp can handle adds, moves, changes of workstations to server setup to day to day issues like virus removal and spyware eradication.  We remotely monitor and repair many issues without sending a technician onsite, saving the customer TIME & MONEY.  We can also handle any hardware issue.
	Steve Arosteguy, President, has over 25 years in the personal computer industry.  He enjoys working on customer issues and often rescues customers with older systems running  DOS (pre Windows) and Novell systems with network issues.  He's also committed to using the latest in products, like smartphones, and surveillance (networked cameras) and is happy to assist customers with the new technology also.
